In 2015 I joined the food revolution and I was blown away by it.
In 2016 I want others to share my experiences to see the benefits and encourage them to join too. As part of this I am starting my professional study of Nutritional Therapy a 1-3 year course leading to a masters degree if I can go the whole hog.
What you eat can be medicine- feel the benefits and enhance your power.
It’s not too hard to change, be mindful, and savvy about food choices. Small swaps make big changes 🍎🍉🍌🍒🍲
And don’t be disheartened – you can allow yourself the odd treat – 80% good eating is what I aim for, and if I have a treat or a lapse I don’t feel guilty. This is not a diet it’s a new way of eating for a better you
